Apex is provided by Curly Doggo Limited. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Safety first

Apex is not a substitute for your vehicle's own speedometer. GPS readings can be delayed, degraded or unavailable — in tunnels, under heavy tree cover, in urban canyons or in poor weather. Always rely on your vehicle's instruments and obey posted speed limits and local law.

Do not operate the app while driving. Set it up before you move, mount your device securely, and keep your eyes on the road. You are solely responsible for your own safe and lawful operation of any vehicle.

Subscription

Apex requires a subscription to use, and a free trial is available. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, not by us.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Apex on devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app.

No warranty

Apex is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we make no warranty that speed, distance, elevation or any other measurement will be accurate, complete or uninterrupted, and we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curly Doggo Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app — including traffic fines, accidents, or loss of recorded trip data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Your data

Trips and location are stored on your device only. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
